1. Limited Warranty Coverage

At Coastline Gutter Pros, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. When we perform a partial gutter replacement, repair, or maintenance service, we provide a limited warranty covering the work performed. This warranty applies only to the sections we have installed, repaired, or replaced and does not cover existing gutters or related components that were not serviced by us.

Coverage includes:

  • Workmanship Warranty – 5 years of coverage for defects in installation or craftsmanship.
  • Leak Prevention Guarantee – We ensure proper sealing and installation of the new or repaired sections.
  • Fastener & Hanger Integrity – Secure attachment of the replaced sections to the structure.
 

2. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Our limited warranty does not cover the following:

    • Pre-existing Gutters & Downspouts – Any issues with gutters, downspouts, fascia, or flashing that were not replaced or serviced by Coastline Gutter Pros. 
    • Clogs or Debris Buildup – Clogged gutters due to leaves, dirt, or other debris after installation are not covered.
    • Storm or Weather Damage – Damage caused by extreme weather, heavy rainfall, ice, snow, hail, or falling debris is not covered.
    • Structural Shifts & Settling – Any damage resulting from foundation shifts, roof modifications, or home settling.
    • Modifications or Third-Party Repairs – If another contractor or individual alters or repairs the gutters after our work, the warranty is void.
    • Neglect or Improper Maintenance – Regular cleaning and maintenance are required to ensure gutters function properly. Neglecting maintenance voids the warranty.
    • Connections to Existing Drains, Gutters, or Downspouts – If new gutters or downspouts are connected to an existing drainage system, gutters, or downspouts, we cannot guarantee performance or prevent potential issues arising from the older components.
 

3. Warranty Period & Claim Process

Workmanship Warranty Duration: .

  • New Gutter Sections: 5 years from installation date. 

How to file a Warranty Claim: 
If you experience an issue covered under our warranty:
  1. Contact us at admin@coastlinegutterpros.com or +1 ‪(323) 452-1809‬.
  2. Provide proof of service (invoice or work order number).
  3. Submit photos or descriptions of the issue.
  4. We will inspect the issue and determine if it qualifies under our warranty.

Note: Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Coastline Gutter Pros reserves the right to inspect the gutters before approving any repairs.

4. Maintenance Recommendations

To maintain the longevity of your gutters and keep them functioning properly, we recommend:

  • Routine gutter cleaning (every 6 months or as needed).
  • Checking for leaks or sagging after storms.
  • Ensuring downspouts remain clear and free-flowing.
  • Avoiding ladder placement directly on gutters to prevent damage.

This limited warranty provides coverage only for work performed by Coastline Gutter Pros and does not extend to the entire gutter system unless fully replaced by us. By scheduling service with us, you agree to these terms.



Terms and Conditions for Gutter Installations & Repair Services


By accepting the proposal from Coastline Gutter Pros, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all services provided by Coastline Gutter Pros (the “Company”):

1. Acceptance of Proposal

1.1 The proposal issued by the Company is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

1.2 Acceptance of the proposal is deemed to occur upon written confirmation, confirmation via text or email agreeing to the proposal, or confirming the installation appointment time, or providing a deposit as outlined in the proposal.

2. Scope of Work

2.1 The Company agrees to perform gutter installation services as detailed in the proposal.

2.2 Any additional services or changes to the scope of work requested by the Client will be subject to additional cost.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 The total project cost is specified in the proposal and is subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3.2 The balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the proposal. Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee per month.

4. Access and Site Conditions

4.1 The Client must provide the Company with access to the property and any necessary utilities required to complete the project.

4.2 The Client warrants that the site is safe and free from hazards. Any conditions that impede the work may result in additional charges.

5. Permits and Approvals

5.1 The Company is not responsible for obtaining permits unless explicitly stated in the proposal. Permits and associated fees are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 The Company provides a warranty for the installation work for a period of 5 years from the completion date.

6.2 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or alterations made by third parties.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. The Client is responsible for payment for any completed work and materials purchased up to the date of termination.

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the work performed.

8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Client’s breach of this agreement.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or government actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1 This document, along with the proposal, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.

12.2 Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By accepting the proposal, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

13. Business Structure and Licensing

13.1 Ownership and Operation
Coastline Gutter Pros operates as a DBA (Doing Business As) of three partners, one of whom is Marco Ulloa. The Company’s services are provided collaboratively under this partnership.

13.2 Licensing
The Company’s gutter and sheet metal work is performed under the contractor’s license issued to Marco Ulloa. Customers acknowledge and agree that the work completed by the Company complies with licensing requirements set forth by relevant authorities.  License #: 1078828

13.3 Employment and Workers’ Compensation
The Company utilizes employees from NRG, a roofing company owned by Marco Ulloa, to perform its services. NRG provides all required workers’ compensation coverage for these employees. Customers acknowledge that NRG remains responsible for compliance with all labor-related legal requirements, including insurance coverage.
